I'd Like to Thank the Academy...

I've been awarded a Rockin' Girl Blogger Award by Brillig of 'Twas Brillig, a rockin' girl blogger herself. I'd like to thank my mother for bringing me into this world, my father for doing his part, and my first grade teacher, Mrs. Johnson, for teaching me how to read and write. Last but not least, I could never have done it without a helpful community of fellow bloggers who have, with great patience, explained to me such simple concepts as metatags, link exchanges, and page rank. The list goes on...

As a member of the Rockin' Girl Blogger's Club, it's my task to nominate five girl bloggers that I believe are rockin' their blogs. And so after much thought, here's my list:

Essential Keystrokes

Christy's Coffee Break

O the Joys

Freelance Writing Jobs

Success from the Nest

Congratulations! To grab your Rockin' Girl Blogger bling and read all about your award, go here.

Great list! I think my best advice to work-at-home moms is to check out high-paying sites like Associated Content. You get the flexibility of writing on your own time as well as the joy of writing about what you want, all while getting paid for it! Good stuff - I suggest putting a referal link up on the site (you get $3/person!).

I'm just getting started in this world, so I hope to get these kinds of nominations in the not too distant future. Any other ecommerce lovers out there who can give me some advice?

Ummm... I'm honored?

Having a wife, 3 daughters, and even a dog that's female, this was bound to happen.

You wake up one day and find out you're a girl. But if you're gonna be a girl, a Rockin' Girl is the way to go. ;)

Sorry Tony. I read your blog faithfully via subscription and somehow pictured you as female. Thanks for being a good sport about it! ;)
